Your bag is handmade to order in my Vermont studio, and turnaround time is usually 1-2 weeks, but check the homepage announcement bar for any updates regarding turnaround times. Please reach out if you have a tight deadline and I’ll always do my best to accommodate!
DOMESTIC ORDERS
I ship using USPS First Class or Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-7 days within the United States. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
All orders are shipped without requiring a signature upon delivery; however, if you are worried about theft after delivery, please reach out and I can add signature confirmation to your order. Juliette Rose Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Be sure to provide the correct mailing address at checkout! Juliette Rose Designs will not be responsible for returned mail due to an incorrect address, and a new shipping label will have to be purchased by the customer to resend. I totally get it - stuff happens, and if you realize you need to change the shipping address before your order is shipped, then I can get it changed for you no problem.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders will be sent using First Class International Shipping, which can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks, and please note that it does not include insurance or tracking outside of the US! If you’d like to upgrade to a different service, please contact me directly.
Don’t forget about your country’s customs duties! Import taxes, duties, and fees are not included in your purchase from Juliette Rose Designs, and payment will be required by you upon receipt of the package. Juliette Rose Designs is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs. Sorry, but we can’t mark your order as a “gift” on your customs declaration form.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I want you to love your bag! If you are not happy for any reason, you can return or exchange your (non-personalized) item(s) for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please email juliette@julietterosedesigns.com to give me a heads up that it’s on its way. Please repack the item in the original packaging (in a box, not a bag please), include your order number, and ship back to:

- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Please note that monogrammed items cannot be returned.
- For exchanges, please return the original item and place an order for your new item. A refund for the original item will be issued once I receive it.
