RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I want you to love your bag! If you are not happy for any reason, you can return or exchange your (non-personalized) item(s) for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please email juliette@julietterosedesigns.com to give me a heads up that it’s on its way. Please repack the item in the original packaging (in a box, not a bag please), include your order number, and ship back to:

  • Item must be in brand new condition.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note that monogrammed items cannot be returned.
  • For exchanges, please return the original item and place an order for your new item.  A refund for the original item will be issued once I receive it.

If you ever have an issue with a defective or damaged item, please reach out and I’ll do my best to resolve the problem!
